WOW! It's Wednesday night...The second Wednesday of Thomas' working..and where is he? Still at the office! He started last Monday and hit the ground running! He loves it, but it can be very exhausting! He has quizzes, tests, projects, homework, etc! He is basically back in college again and he still has the same laugh and compassion as always. He is up around 5:30am, leaves by 6:30am, has class from 7:00am to 4:00pm, then he runs to the gym, works out, comes home for supper, and hits the books again! What a tiring schedule...but oh the benefits the Lord has for Thomas and I! I am so very proud of him. Even though its such a hard schedule, he is doing so good here. His grades are awesome, and he still comes home with such a happy smile! I love being here to support him and welcome him home at the end of each tiring day. I know there will be hard times, but I'm glad I'm with him and he's with me!
Well since I know you're wondering: What does Mallory do all day?
Hmm-- She cooks, she bakes, she cleans, she lays around, she reads, she does P90X (oh the pain), she goes on exciting adventures with Kirsi and Taryn (including the zoo and the apple orchards), and she misses Thomas Louis! Ha! I find ways to fill my schedule..I do miss teaching a lot though. A couple more weeks and I should have my Minnesota License in hand! The sooner the better! :)
This past Saturday, of course on the Dawgs bye week, we carved pumpkins with our neighbors! I bought a pumpkin carving kit, so we decided to try and be experts on our carving and chose a difficult one! Look how well it turned out!!
This was probably one of the most fun experiences I've had up here so far (and its only been a short time...what more to come!!), and I loved getting to do something that special with Thomas! He is great carver by the way! He's so proud of himself! Haha!
Hopefully we will see some amazing costumes and very cute children trick or treating! We will definitely have plenty of candy for them!!
ON THE UP SIDE:
Mallory- Home December 12-January 1
(very busy time for Thomas, so I will leave him to his studying!)
Thomas- Home December 18-December 27
Yes..That means Christmas with Family!!
CAN'T WAIT TO SEE EVERYONE!!
Thanks for checking in! Keep Thomas in your prayers for daily strength and for me to keep myself busy!! :)
Missing and loving you all!

I'm impressed with the pumpkin carving! It looks great. Did you decide to try a pie? Glad that things are going well for both of you. We miss you but love keeping up with your lives. M Lu
